The Institute of Professional Banking launches its first center in Bangalore for the training of students in banking

Now, the country’s graduates can be better prepared to enter the banking industry, thanks to new courses, at the Institute of Professional Banking (IPB). Recently, IPB in collaboration with The Smart Owl inaugurated its first center in South India in Bengaluru.

The launch of IPB – Smart Owl Chapter was attended by Sanjeev Kumar Gupta, CEO, Karnataka Digital Economy Mision (KDEM), and Arvind Jhadav IAS, (Retd.) Chief Secretary, GoK, and banking industry professionals. They highlighted the importance of collaboration between education and the banking sector to fill the talent gap.

IPB Founder, Gursimran Singh Oberoi highlighted the changing trends in the banking industry and assured that they will be one of the main avenues for good quality aspiring bankers contributing to the banking industry. Center Director, Nimmi Uday (Founder of The Smart Owl) highlighted how the development programs offered at the center will contribute to the future of banking and finance.

The IPB programs have been organized to prepare bank aspirants and help them to become qualified, qualified and competent professionals and the ideal candidate for the banking sector. The methodology adopted to impart knowledge includes classroom training, exams, counseling, projects, on-the-job training and continuous professional development programs.

The IPB training program ensures the placement of recent graduates from entry-level work opportunities in banks by helping students obtain job interviews with leading private sector banks. Job profiles on offer range from Accountants, KYC/AML Compliance Officers, Cash & Remittances Tellers, Relationship Managers, Personal Bankers and Wealth Managers.
