The firm has appointed veterans Matteson Hamilton and Seth Koschak to lead the industrial capital markets division.

The pair have experience in all facets of the industrial market, including leasing, tenant representation, property sales, development, acquisitions and divestitures.

Hamilton currently works out of the company’s Houston office, where he manages the industrial team and oversees all aspects of Stream’s Houston operations.

Koschak currently works in Stream’s Dallas/Fort Worth office, where he leads the company’s Fort Worth team and oversees project leasing, tenant representation, building sales, development, acquisitions, divestitures. and the overall growth of the office.
