Sharkbot malware targeting banking and crypto apps revived on Google Play Store – Hindi Gizbot

Over the past few years, a lot of malware has been seen in banking and crypto applications. The biggest location of this malware is Google Play Store. Let us tell you that Google Play Store has always been the center of Android malware. Now banking malware is back. SharkBot banking malware reaches people’s phones by accessing Mister Phone Cleaner and Kylhavy Mobile Security app through Google Play Store. This malware is so vicious that it even bypasses the authentication process of banking applications.

What is SharkBot and what can it do?

Let us tell you that SharkBothe malware is very dangerous. SharkBot malware can bypass many types of authentication such as fingerprint, password, i.e. if you have fingerprint or password in any of your banking apps, this malware can crack this password and drain your bank account. Malware analyst Alberto Segura tweeted about it.
More than 50,000 users have downloaded Mister Phone Cleaner app from Google Play Store, that is, all these users’ bank account is at risk. The great thing is that Google has not removed this app from its Play-Store yet.
