Seward & Kissel expands its Capital Markets and Securities group with the addition of Holt Goddard as legal counsel

NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Seward & Kissel LLP today announced that Holt Godardmost recently general counsel of an international biotechnology company, joined the firm as an associate in the capital markets and corporate securities group in New York.

Holt has extensive capital markets experience, with a particular focus on IPOs and high yield bond offerings. He has represented issuers and underwriters in a wide variety of industries, including shipping, retail, life sciences and media, working with issuers in the United States and internationally. In addition to his work in capital markets, he has assisted clients with mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, bank loans, SPAC transactions and SEC reports.
